ABOUT

It is a virtual wallet that acts as an intermediary between the client and partner sites to facilitate deposits, transfers, redemptions and withdrawals. As the best sites are spread around the world and use different currencies for deposits, transfers and withdrawals, Vcreditos was created to facilitate this process, allowing the user to make single deposits in their local currency and transfers to the most varied sites in the world all safely and easily. The customer can even acquire exclusive advantages (part of the deposits made return as benefits).With the success of the tool that so far only worked via the website and had a simplistic look and had several usability problems, Vcreditos invited me to redesign the online platform and also an application for Android and iOS.

4-STEP DESIGN PROCESS

For this project, I did an immersion with the client and his entire team in his office in Montevideo - Uruguay for 3 weeks where I could do the entire research process, brainstorm workshops with the team and work with the wireframes.

1. Research.
I researched all competitors within Brazil and references from abroad, created Heatmaps and analysis of Google Analytics, SemRush and usage recordings to determine the main problems and understand the usage of users.

2. Brainstorming. We had some design thinking sessions, with Vcreditos team (Marketing team, Writers and Developers), to find the best ideas to resolve all issues raised by the team and also viewed in the research stage.  

3. Wireframing. After user flows and app map were designed,  I designed a high-fidelity wireframes, in order to approve all my ideas for the app and later applying in the desktop version too.

4. UI Design. After all app wireframes was approved, the entire UI of the APP was created, using the best usability practices and design trends.

The app was successfully launched in October 2020 and in the first month the app was downloaded 4.200 times and the number of users who ask help in the chat decreased 50%.
