ABOUT

For over 15 years, I’ve nurtured a strong digital design expertise that puts the user first. On all my projects, I try to create suited, simple and tested experiences to adapt the desires of companies to the needs of users, always balancing simplicity, functionality and accessibility.

I help companies make experiences their users love by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, partnering with research, engineering and develop teams to take ideas from concept to launch to growth.

My primary focus is product design for Websites, Systems and Apps. I'm best at screen designs in the form of UX and UI, and creating and growing design systems.

I’m happy owning the end-to-end design process and I also enjoy working with a collaborative and diverse design team.

I have experience as a Front-end developer (HTML5, CSS) and this knowledge helps me to know how to design a consistent experience and partner with developer team.

My design tool of choice is typically Figma - For me is the best at handling the wireframing, ideating, designing, prototyping and collaboration aspects. I previously used Sketch, XD and Invision for many years and time to time I end up picking up a project using these tools. Also tools like Photoshop and Illustrator are always handy to complement.

LIFE

In 2008, I graduated from Universidade Positivo as a Graphic Designer Bachelor degree.

Throughout my career I took several courses on the most varied tools such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, XD, Figma and others and courses related to team management, remote work and soft skills.

2022 - 2023
BBTV - Vancouver, Canada
Senior UX/UI Designer
At BBTV, I worked on R&D team and spearheaded the design of a new Design System, conducted research to identify areas for improvement and new functionalities, and crafted intuitive interfaces for internal products. I also worked closely with the development team throughout the design process, providing guidance and feedback to ensure that designs were implemented accurately and efficiently.
Overall, my role required a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, strong collaboration skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Agência Obra - Curitiba, Brazil
Partner, Lead Product Designer
I coordinated projects with a team of 8 people and dozens of third parties. I participated and coordinated large projects for companies in Brazil and abroad such as Freelectics, Caixa Econômica, Zoop, Beta-I, among others working closely with design teams, research, engineering and develop teams to take those projects from concept to launch.

2017 — 2020
Taste.ag - Curitiba, Brazil
Partner, Lead Product Designer
After a year working independently, I often worked in partnership with Taste and with that came the invitation to become a partner of the agency, playing all the digital part of the agency, leading a team of 8 people (Designers and developers) and creating digital projects such as websites, apps, systems among others.

2016 — 2017
Breakeven Studio - Curitiba, Brazil
Partner, Lead Product Designer
My first independent job where with only 1 partner we were able to create great projects. During this time I could learn to manage, sell and do the entire process of owning a company and at the same time manage to perform as Ux, Ui designer and manage external people to develop and deliver the product.

Heads Propaganda - Curitiba, Brazil
Senior UX/UI Designer
I worked as UX/UI Designer, responsible for create websites, apps, campaigns to clients like Petrobrás, Cielo, Grupo Boticário, Caixa Econômica, among others.
And later, led the Creative Team during 2 years.

2011 — 2012
Agência Casa (JWT Group) - Curitiba, Brazil
UX/UI Designer
I worked as an Ui Designer and Art director in the digital creative team. I am responsible to create Portals, APPS, hot sites and marketing banners for clients such as: Nextel, Kraft Foods, HSBC Bank, Coke, Warner Bros, Tecnisa, Johnsons&Johnsons among others.

I've worked as an UI Designer and Art Director. I was responsible to create interactive campaigns like Hotsites, Banners and many kind of digital pieces for clients such as: HSBC Bank, Oi, Kraft Foods, Walmart among others.
